When to use it? When you provide photos, texts or a logo for your website, or ask for those from your social networks or Airbnb listing to be reused.
Good to know: photos taken by a photographer (even one sent by Airbnb) often belong to the photographer: ask for their consent before reusing them elsewhere. For a person in a photo, use the “Image rights authorisation” template.
